Youth Leadership Development
This is a program designed to help young people to be effective leaders not only in their communities but also to the adult world. The activities involved in this program includes but not limited to group activities, indoor and outdoor games, participatory leadership lessons, community service projects, field trips to different cultures.
It also offers opportunities for the trained youth to use their leadership skills practically on our weekly meetings with younger kids. We give them different tasks to lead smaller groups of younger kids during after schools programs.

Spiritual Development
Even though this is not a religious organization, it was founded on Christian principles and we believe that “once human being is nourished spiritually, they will develop in other areas of life”. We have programs where we teach them how to make right choices in life. This includes Sunday youth worship service, weekly bible studies, and weekly kids bible school where we get all younger kids and then give the older teens some leadership responsibilities.

School dropout prevention
The school dropout rate on this community has become like an epidemic. The statistics show that over 55% dropouts from high school in these communities we serve. This dropout has regenerated into other social issues which includes but not limited to teenage pregnancy, drug and alcohol abuse, juvenile delinquency, vandalism, youth crimes thus resulting into family dysfunction which is tearing the social fabric of these communities.
We offer tutoring and mentoring services to needy students as well as those who have the potential of dropping out of school. Also there are recreational activities where these students interact with each other thus helping them to build their self esteem.
Literacy
This is a program designed to meet literacy needs for both parents and their children.
Illiteracy level in this community stands at 45% and this has contributed to unemployment, high rates school dropout, child obesity among other problems.
We offer culturally appropriate literacy activities to the needy adults and youth too. These include family literacy nights, parenting, financial literacy and GED preparation.
